RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Changed your mind? We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange. To ensure that your returns process is smooth, please read the following directions carefully. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing and/or your refund.
- Ensure that the products are in the original condition that they were sent to you. This includes all original tags attached to the garments. The garments must also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odor, stains, snags, tears, or any other type of distressing.
- All returns must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns that are received outside of the 14-day return window will be eligible for store credit only.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. The items will be inspected to ensure that you met the standards reflected above. In the event that you do not meet the standard, you will not be issued a refund.
- If you receive a refund, it will be issued to the original form of payment that we have on file. We will be unable to issue refunds in another tender or to a new/separate card.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
